The Heart-Mind Harmonizer Formula is an all organic, intentionally-crafted blend of:

Nootropic mushroom (100 or 200 mg per capsule), lion's mane mushroom, reishi mushroom, chaga mushroom, ashwaganda, E3Live Blue Majik spirulina, cacao, dried rose petals and ceylon cinnamon

In some cases, improved mood, energy and greater appreciation are noticeable right away and depending on sensitivity, it may also take a few days or weeks to start feeling a shift. My encouragement is to be patient, curious and gentle. It is different for everyone, but the beginning stages of this process often require deep inquiry into the layers of protection we have built around our heart. And observing our thought patterns and daily habits with compassion. 

As well, really take the time to experiment with different dose levels to find the ideal dose for your body and sensitivity level. For example, if you are normally quite sensitive to caffeine, alcohol, or you know you are sensitive to these nootropic mushrooms, it can be enough to start with a quarter or half a capsule at a time. Simply, open one up and pour out half or less of the powdered herbs into your morning beverage, juice or water. And on the other end of the spectrum, it is completely safe to take 2 or more capsules at a time for increased experience - although most microdosing practice is defined as sub-perceptual, which means that the sensation just is under your normal level of perception - you do not feel any obvious sensations, or the sensation is just very slight, to allow for completely normal daily activities and interactions.

 

Supportive Practices

  • This practice of microdosing can be greatly enhanced by having an intention, each time you take a capsule. Giving thanks to the plants and asking for support, gratitude, wisdom, presence, expansion, inspiration, focus -  whatever you need each time, and intentionally opening to a loving relationship with the plant. 

  • Supportive practices to combine with microdosing are; to go out in nature after taking a capsule (or two) and/or do yoga, meditate, exercise, especially cardio, all which help to rewire our neural connections and boost neuro-transmitter production. And listening to conscious music and singing along with lyrics that are loving, empowering and uplifting is highly recommended. If you take one (or half) before heading to work, set an intention for the day and then work with affirmations and gratitude internally, or out loud.

Protocol Suggestions

It is recommended to microdose in the morning or afternoon, or at least four hours before bed, as it can be energizing. Rhythmic pulse protocols have been shown in anecdotal research to be very supportive, by establishing a routine and helping the body re-sensitize on 'off days,' allowing the effects of microdosing to be more easily perceptible.

It is also safe to use these capsules intuitively, taking them as you feel you want the support. For example, sometimes taking one every day for a week or more and then taking a few days off, and sometimes only every second or third day. It can also be beneficial to occasionally take two at a time, for greater sensation and openness, especially if you are going to do a creative project or be outside appreciating nature.

Recommended Companion Supplement

There is a trace mineral supplement called EMP or EMPower Plus (new name) made by the Alberta company True Hope, which has been formulated specifically to improve brain and nervous system health and it pairs incredibly well with Heart-Mind Harmonizer. Especially for anyone who is more sensitive and experiences high anxiety or emotional disregulation, our recommendation is to microdose and take EMP in combination with each other. Follow the directions on the bottle and take the therapeutic dose of 4-6 capsules daily (of EMP) for the first two or three weeks of use, and then if you are feeling more grounded and emotionally balanced, you can ease down to a maintenance dose of 2-3 per day.
